About the Tripletex integration

Tripletex is an accounting system aimed at small and medium-sized companies, primarily in Norway. It is possible to integrate Rackbeat with Tripletex, so that billing data is automatically transferred from Rackbeat to Tripletex.

This is how the integration between Tripletex and Rackbeat works

The integration ensures that you automatically can transfer billing data from Rackbeat to Tripletex, so that your inventory and accounting play perfectly together.

Once the integration is set up, you can perform an 'initial sync' where data from your Tripletex account is transferred to Rackbeat. After this, data transfer will take place in real time (ie immediately) from Rackbeat to Tripletex. This is done when creating / updating: products, Bills of Materials, customers and suppliers.

It is also possible to transfer customer invoices from Rackbeat to Tripletex once the invoice has been 'booked' in Rackbeat. You have two options for how you want the invoice created in Tripletex:

Option 1: Customer invoice from Rackbeat will be transferred as a booked customer invoice in Tripletex (none of these can be edited)

Option 2: Customer invoice in Rackbeat will be created as a sales order in Tripletex (this can be edited, but we suggest that you only change the price - if you add new products to it, the stock will not be correct in Rackbeat). The sales order in Tripletex should be upgraded to an invoice and sent via EHF or e-mail.

The integration between Rackbeat and Tripletex does not support Project Management.

Initial sync

It is possible to make an intial sync from Tripletex to Rackbeat when installing the integration, but it is not required. With an initial sync, the following data can be transferred:

  • Customers
  • Supplier
  • Products
  • Payment terms
  • Employees

What can be transferred from Rackbeat to Tripletex?

  • Sales Invoice (can be transferred as Booked or Create as a Sales Order)
  • Products
  • Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Customers
  • Suppliers

NB! Data transferred from Rackbeat to Tripletex always happen 'immediately' - it should therefore not take more than a few minutes before it is visible in your Tripletex agreement.

What can be transferred from Tripletex to Rackbeat?

No data is transferred from Tripletex to Rackbeat except at initial sync.

What are we not transferring?

  • Supplier invoices
  • Orders (a booked sales invoice in Rackbeat can be created as an order in Tripletex)
  • Financial inventory value
  • Stock

NB! If you are testing the integration through a demo account in Tripletex:

In order to transfer invoices from Rackbeat to Tripletex, you need to state bank information in Tripletex.

You can use the following example data as a bank account and org. number:

Org. no => 984809085 (Company -> Company information)
