About the Webshipper integration

Read about the Webshipper and Rackbeat integration.

You can integrate Rackbeat with your WebShipper agreement, so your data synchronizes between the two systems. In this article, we will describe exactly what this integration can do.

About the Webshipper Integration

The integration between Rackbeat and WebShipper improves your workflow when handling orders and shipping labels.

This integration is a two-way solution, meaning data can be synchronized both from Rackbeat to Webshipper and vice versa. This allows orders to be sent between the two systems, and marks orders as ‘shipped’ in both systems automatically.

What you should be aware of:

Synchronization direction: Data can only be synchronized, one way at a time. When setting up the integration, you choose whether data should be synchronized from Rackbeat to Webshipper, or from Webshipper to Rackbeat.

Data transferred from Rackbeat to Webshipper:

  • Orders (including address information)
  • Items in the order (item number, name, weight, and sales price)

Data transferred from Webshipper to Rackbeat:

  • Orders or shipments
  • Items and customers not already created in Rackbeat

What is not transferred?

  • Order volume is not transferred between the systems.
