Reset or change your password
This guide will explain how to reset and change your password in Rackbeat.
You can reset and change your password from two different places.
Reset password from the login page
Change the password on the user
Reset password from the login page
- Go to the Rackbeat login page, or use this link:
rackbeat.com/login - Click “Forgot your password?”
- Enter the email address your user is registered with to receive a link to reset your password.
Didn’t receive an email?
The email address you entered is most likely incorrect. Contact your administrator or Rackbeat Support for assistance.
Change the password on the user
- Hover your mouse over your name in the top-right corner and go to Company Settings:
- Click Users on the left-hand side, then click the Edit icon:
- Scroll down to “Change password.”
- Enter your current password + the new one you want to use going forward.
- Confirm by clicking Update.
