Select the **"Items"** tab at the top. 2. Click **"Production"** in the menu. 3. Find the production order through which you wish to create the order. 4. Click on the order number on the left of the order line to open the order. 5. Click on **"Actions"** in the upper right corner and then **"Create Order"** in the dropdown menu. 6. Now you can choose whether you only want to order the items missing to complete the production order. 7. Specify the quantity and which supplier you wish to order the items from. 8. The order is now in draft mode. You can find it under the **"Purchases"** tab at the top and under **"Orders"** in the menu. 9. To finalize the order, you must first open it. Do so by clicking on the current order number in the overview. 10. Click on **"Send to Supplier"** in the upper right corner - you will then have the option to choose whether to send the order to the supplier via email. 11. Click "Send" to finalize the order.
