This can be a good idea if you need to import new data on your products and want to ensure a backup first. Below, we guide you through how to export your product data. You can export data on your products in two different ways in Rackbeat. One method will perform a complete export of all the product data you have, while the other allows you to select which information you want to export. We will go through both options here. ### Exporting Product Data - with Option to Select which Information to Export 1. Click on the "Products" tab at the top 2. Click on "Products" in the menu 3. Select the product(s) you wish to export by ticking the small box to the left on the line - if you wish to export all, you don't need to tick any boxes, just proceed to the step below 4. Click "Export" at the top right 5. Choose the information you want in your export 6. Choose whether or not you want to receive an email when the export is completed 7. Click "Export" 8. When the export is processed, you can download the file by clicking "Download file ### Export all Product Data 1. Hover over your name in the top right corner and click on "User Settings" 2. Select "Data Export" in the menu on the left 3. You are now in the "Customers" tab - click on the "Inventory" tab to the right 4. Click on "Export Products" 5.
