Your agreement number is crucial for identification and support in Rackbeat. It can always be found in your Rackbeat agreement, regardless of which page you are on:
Display on All Pages: Your agreement number is constantly displayed at the bottom left of your screen in Rackbeat.
Forgotten or Unknown Agreement Number
If you can't find or have forgotten your agreement number:
- Go to the Login Page: Visit the Rackbeat login page.
- Select 'Forgot Agreement Number?': Click on this link.
- Enter Your Email: Enter the email address associated with your Rackbeat account.
- Receive Your Agreement Number: You will receive an email with your agreement number, along with the name and status of your agreement.
If you have used a unique identifier in your email, such as +1 in support+1@rackbeat.com, remember to enter the full email including this identifier. The system does not recognize addresses without these specifications.
