Access the batch reports
To find the reports, hover over Reporting and select either Batch or Batch checking.
Batch
The Batch report provides an overview of batch transactions. Use this report for traceability.

Search: Enter the batch number to search for a specific batch.

Product: Enter the item number to view transactions for a specific product.

Customer: Search for transactions related to a specific customer.

Supplier: Search for transactions related to a specific supplier (purchases).

Production order: Search for batch transactions related to a specific production order.

Show – All / Incoming / Outgoing: Filter by batch transaction status.
Batch count
The Batch count report provides an overview of which batches are currently in stock, including location and expiration date.
Use this report for inventory counting and general overview.

Search: Enter the batch number to search for a specific batch.

Product: Enter the item number to search for batches related to a specific product.
