Here’s how to create or update your product bundles (BOMs) via import:
-
Go to the Products tab → BOMs.
-
Click Import / Export and select Import.
-
Click Choose File.
-
Select the CSV file you want to upload from your computer. Click Open and then Load File.
-
Before uploading, match the columns in the pop-up with the columns in your CSV file. See this guide for help with column mapping.
-
Finish by clicking Import — your BOMs will now be uploaded.
When creating new product bundles via import, include the following columns:
-
Number: The unique number of the product bundle. (Required)
-
Product Name: The name of the product bundle. (Required)
-
Barcode: The barcode for scanning the product bundle.
-
Description: Internal description of the product bundle. Descriptions on bundle lines will be taken from the products.
Once your file is complete, save it as a CSV UTF-8 file and upload it to Rackbeat via Import.
If the required columns are not filled in, the import will fail.

-
Product Number: The product number of the item to be used as a component in the BOM. (Required)
