Corrections
Note! Corrections are only eligible for agreements using the Average cost principle.
When a transaction is adjusted, it is marked as “Corrected.”
Click the label to view an explanation, which typically refers to the triggering transaction (e.g., a backdated receipt or cost price adjustment).
A correction occurs when the cost price of an item is changed retroactively.
This happens, for example, if a receipt or shipment is registered with an earlier date.
The system will then adjust the original transaction to ensure that the inventory value and cost price remain accurate.

Accessing the transaction from the Ledger
All transactions on the product card are clickable (blue text). When you click, you’ll be taken to the corresponding entry in the system:
-
Shipment, Receipt, and Production Order → opens the specific entry
-
Adjustment and Movement → takes you to the general overview of the function (not the individual adjustment/transfer). From here, the transaction can be found by filtering on archived.
Export of the Ledger
It is possible to export product cards in Rackbeat through the Product Card report.
