# WooCommerce: I get the message "Can’t create shop. Error: Error: Sorry, you cannot list resources. \[woocommerce\_rest\_cannot\_view\]"

## If you cannot connect to your WooCommerce shop, it is typically because the correct information for the integration from WooCommerce has not been entered.

In this article, we go through where in WooCommerce you find the information you need to enter in Rackbeat.

1. Log into your WooCommerce admin.
2. Select **WooCommerce** (in the menu on the left side) \> Click on **Settings** \> Choose **Advanced** in the top menu \> Click on **REST API** \> **Add key**
3. Name the new access **Rackbeat**
4. Permissions must be set to **Read/Write**
5. Click on **Generate API key**

WooCommerce has now generated a Consumer Key and Consumer Token for you. Make sure to save these keys, as they will be needed when setting up the integration with Rackbeat.

1. Go to the [Rackbeat integrations page](https://app.rackbeat.com/settings/applications)
2. Click **Install** on the **WooCommerce Webshop** app.
3. Insert the **Consumer Key** and **Consumer Token** that we saved earlier, and your **Shop URL** (for example, x-webshop.com)
4. Click on **Install** - wait.

It is important to ensure that you have entered the correct information as described above.
