Be inspired by the articles about the very basic functions and of course also the fun things that we are extra proud of.

The fun stuff

Customize your overview: In our overview images, for example the product or order overview, you can choose which information you want to see. You can sellect this by pressing the small gear in the upper right corner. Press the 'Remember! button' if the system should save your settings for next time.

Minimum stock
: On the product card, you can define what the minimum stock is for the specific product. When the stock goes below that, the product will automatically be visible in the reorder report. This makes it easy to make a purchase order directly from the reorder report. Read more about it here. On the product card, you can also determine the minimum amount you must purchase at a time. Try yourself - there are lots of exciting functions to find when you are inside the product card.

Dropshipping
: You can easily work with dropshipping in Rackbeat. You can create a purchase order from an existing sales order. Here you have the option to choose whether it is a dropshipping order - if you say yes, it will automatically take the delivery address from the sales order and insert it as the delivery address on the purchase order.
