Reporting: Stock counting
You can use the stock counting report, when you want to see how much stock you have/had in your inventory. You can see this for all your products or only specific ones.
How to use the report:
- Select "Reporting" in the top bar
- Click on "Stock counting" in the menu
- You now have the option to customize what you want to include in your stock counting report (the searches can be combined)

- Product from/to: If you need to specify the search for a single product, you can choose it here.
- You can also search for multiple at once, but we recommend instead either to search for all products and then filter out. Alternatively, you can use the product group filter.

- Item group from/to: Narrow the search to a single product group.
- Miscellaneous:
Date to: See stock inventory on a specific date.
Location: See stock inventory for one location. -
Exclude products without transactions: Only pull the report for products without transactions in a selected period. If you need an overview of obsolete items, we recommend the guide here:

Hide empty items: Exclude products with 0 or negative inventory.

Show per location: If you have multiple locations, this function will show inventory at each location. Use this info for a complete overview during inventory reconciliation.

Show per variation / Show only products with variations: Products with variations will by default show the total inventory. This function will show the inventory of the individual variant.

Hide barred items: The report will exclude items that are barred.
Overview of the report
The report initially shows limited information, but you can add additional data via the gear icon in the top right corner.

When the file is downloaded, all information will automatically follow, regardless of the filter in the overview.
The inventory count report contains the following data:
- Number: Item number
- Name: Item name
- Group: Name of the product group
- Location: Name of the location
- Location_number: Number of the location
- Quantity: Stock quantity
- Unit: Product's standard unit
- Type: Product or bill of materials
- Sales Price: Item's sales price
- Available: Available quantity
- Description: Item description
- Default Location: Item's default location
- In Order: Quantity reserved for ongoing orders
- Requested: Quantity in ongoing orders
- Barcode: Item barcode
- Primary Supplier: Product's primary supplier
- Min. Inventory Quantity: Item's minimum inventory level
- Used in production: Quantity in ongoing productions
- Expected cost price: Expected cost price
- Barred: Status of the item (blocked/open)
- Fields: Custom fields If you have created your own fields and filled them in on the product, you can see them here."
