Reporting: Sales Statistics

With a sales statistics report, you can follow the contribution margin based on either an item, an employee or a customer. The sales statistics are based solely on what is actually invoiced.

The report is based on data from booked invoices, and the amount is shown excluding VAT.

To generate a Sales statistics report, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the “Reporting” tab at the top

     

  2. Click on “Sales statistics” in the menu

  3. Date from and to: If you want to generate the report for a specific period, you can select it here.

    1. Based on: You can base your sales statistics on Products, Employees, or Customers.

      1. If you select “Product”, you will see all products sold within the selected period.

      2. If you select “Employee, you will see all employees who have made sales within the selected period.

      3. If you select “Customers”, you will see all customers you have sold to within the selected period.

    2. Per page: Number of results per page

    3. Customer group from and to: If you want to generate the report for a specific customer group, you can select it here.

    4. Customer from and to: If you want to generate the report for a specific customer, you can select it here.

    5. Employee from and to: If you want to generate the report for a specific employee, you can select it here.

    6. Product from and to: If you want to generate the report for a specific product, you can select it here.

    7. Product group from and to: If you want to generate the report for a specific product group, you can select it here.

    8. Location from and to: If you want to generate the report for a specific location, you can select it here. It is now possible to customize your statistics using filters. These filters are:

  4. Click “Search” to generate the report.

Can I generate a sales statistics report for my sales to EU customers?

Yes, you can generate a report for sales to customers in EU countries. This simply requires that your EU customers are assigned to a separate customer group. You can then filter by this customer group when generating your sales statistics report.
