How to import locations

  1. Select "Inventory" in the top bar
  2. Click "Locations" in the menu 
  3. Click "import" in the upper right corner
  4. You have the option of importing both the main - and sub-location. However, this must be done in two different imports.
  5. Start with importing the main location 
  6. You now have the option to download a sample file - which we recommend, to ensure that you include the correct data in the import
    It is important that you save your file as a .csv file with utf-8 encoding before loading
  7. Remember to fill in the mandatory fields: Number and Name
  8. You can then import the sub-locations. Click "Import sub-locations".

  10. Remember to fill in the required fields: Parent number(number of the main location), number and name
