Give Rackbeat admin-access to your e-conomic agreement
You have the option to give Rackbeat Support view-only access to your e-conomic agreement. This can make it easier for us to help you.
If you’d like, you can give us administrator access to your e-conomic agreement — here’s how:

In the search bar at the top of your e-conomic agreement, search for “Administratorer” (this will take you to the “Tilmeldte administratorer” tab).

In the field “Søg på nr. eller navn”, search for “Rackbeat Admin.”

In the search result for “Rackbeat Admin,” click the icon with the small person and checkmark called “Vælg”

In the dialog box that appears, click “OK” to grant Rackbeat administrator access.
Even with administrator access, we will never make changes in your e-conomic agreement. We only use the access to view your system.
