WooCommerce: My different variations have not been created in Rackbeat

Read more about why your variations have not been created in Rackbeat.

If you are working with variations in WooCommerce and find that the variations are not transferring correctly to Rackbeat or are not transferring at all, this may be because a unique SKU number has not been selected for the variation.

In order for variation products to be created in Rackbeat, they need to have a unique SKU number (an "item number") for the variation to be transferred to Rackbeat. Variation products without SKU numbers are NOT transferred to Rackbeat.

Example:

You sell t-shirts in different colors and sizes. The t-shirt has a "master" SKU number "499000", from which your variations have their own SKU numbers.

The variations might look like this:

t-shirt, black, small = 499000-ss

t-shirt, black, medium = 499000-sm

t-shirt, black, large = 499000-sl

t-shirt, white, small = 499000-hs

t-shirt, white, medium = 499000-hm

t-shirt, white, large = 499000-hl

The above 7 items, including the overall item, will be created in Rackbeat as individual products.
