How to create a new user

You can easily add more user access directly from your Rackbeat account. You can add both standard users and mobile users/warehouse users.

  1. Hover the cursor over your company name in the top right corner and select "Company Settings"
  2. Click "Users" in the menu to the left
  3. Click "Create new" in the upper right corner
  4. Fill in the information of the new user and select whether it should be a standard user or a warehouse user
  5. Click "Create user" to finalize
