      How to create a supplier group

      When you create a new supplier, you will automatically be asked to associate a supplier group. It is both efficient and convenient to be able to group your suppliers. In the guide below, we will guide you through how you can create supplier groups.

      1. Select "Purchasing" in the top bar
      2. Click "Supplier groups" in the menu
      3. Click "Create new" in the upper right corner 
      4. Enter a name and (optional) number of the supplier group
        NB! If you leave 'Number' blank, Rackbeat will automatically generate a number
      5. Click "Create new supplier group" to finalize

      Note: If your Rackbeat agreement is integrated with e-conomic your supplier groups will be synchronized between both systems so they are always appear in both places.
