How to create a supplier group

When creating a new supplier, you will automatically be asked to associate a supplier group. It is both efficient and convenient to be able to group your suppliers. In this guide below, we will guide you through how to create supplier groups.

  1. Start with selecting "Purchasing" in the top bar
  2. Click "Supplier groups" in the menu

  3. Click "Create new" in the upper right corner

  4. Enter a name and (optional) number of the supplier group
    1. Please note! If you leave 'Number' blank, Rackbeat will automatically generate a number

Click "Create new supplier group" to finalize

Note: If your Rackbeat agreement is integrated with e-conomic your supplier groups will be synchronized between both systems so they are always appear in both places.
