How to create an offer

Creating a quote in Rackbeat is simple and intuitive. Follow these steps to create a compelling quote for your customers.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Select "Sales" in the top bar

2. Click on "Offers" in the menu
   

3. Create a new offer: Click "Create New" in the upper right corner
   
   
   1. Select the existing customer from the list (press "Show more results" to get the entire customer list, or search for a customer name or number by typing directly in the text field)
      Please note! You can also click on "Create" at the bottom of the image to create a new customer.
      
      
      
4. Fill out the offer: Click "Create and Edit" and enter all the required information for the quote.
   1. Specify the title, notes, expected delivery date, and the validity period of the quote. 

5. Add Items: Click "Item lines" or "Add collection" to include products in the quote.

   1. Select the desired items, enter the quantity, and specify any additional details for each item.

6. Save and send the offer: After adding all items, click "Save" to return to the offer or "Save and new" to continue adding more items.

   1. Once the offer is ready, click "Confirm" to finalize it. Choose whether the offer should be sent to the customer via email.
      

Once you have sent the offer, it is saved in Rackbeat, making it easy to follow up on it or convert it into an order when the customer accepts it. Rackbeat makes it simple to keep track of all your sales offers, allowing you to focus on moving your business forward.
