This can be a good idea if, for example, you need to import customer data and want to ensure a backup first. Below, we guide you through how to export data on your customers. You can export customer data in two different ways in Rackbeat. One method will perform a complete export of all the customer data you have, while the other allows you to select which customer information you want to export. We go through both options here. ### Exporting Customer Data with the Option to Select Which Customer Information to Export 1. Select *"Sales"* in the top bar 2. Click on *"Customers"* in the menu 3. Click *"Export"* in the upper right corner 4. Choose which customer information you want to include in your export. You can select all the information in the bottom with *''Select all''* 5. Choose if you don't want to receive an email when the export is complete by marking the check box at the bottom. By default an e-mail will be sent when completed 6. Click *"Export"* 7. When the export is finished, you can download the file by clicking on "*Download file"* ### Exporting All Customer Data 1. Hover your mouse over your name at the top right corner and click on *"User Settings"* 2. Select *"Data Export"* in the menu on the left 3. You are now in the *"Customers"* tab - click *"Export Customers"* 4.
