How to activate Visma Connect

Visma Connect is our new log-in solution, which makes your access to Rackbeat both easier and more secure. Follow our guide on how to activate your new login.

Introduction to Visma Connect

If you have multiple Rackbeat agreements and/or use both Rackbeat and e-conomic or another platform under Visma, Visma Connect can ease your login to the systems. You can combine them under one login, no matter how many agreements you have access to. You only log in at one place and only need to remember one password.

Visma Connect also allows you to use two-step verification when logging in, making your access more secure.

Note! It is mandatory that you have specified a valid VAT number in your Rackbeat agreement to be able to activate Visma Connect. You enter your VAT number under 'General' in your 'Company settings'.

 

 Activating Visma Connect 

  1. Log in to your Rackbeat agreement as usual
  2. Hover your mouse over your name in the upper right corner and click on "Visma Connect"


  3. Click "Create new Visma Connect user" 


  4. Choose and enter a Visma Connect password

  5. Now you have activated Visma Connect on your Rackbeat user

 Switching between agreements via Visma Connect 

  1. Log in to your Rackbeat agreement
  2. Hover your mouse over your name in the upper right corner and click on "Switch agreement"
  3. You will then have the option to log directly into the other agreements you have linked to Visma Connect.

If you have integrations with other Visma platforms (e.g., e-conomic), it will appear as shown in the below picture. Click on the platform you wish to access.

If you have multiple Rackbeat agreements linked to the same user, it will appear as shown in the below picture. Click on the agreement you wish to access.
