Can I remove the delivery address on the PDF?
Do your customers primarily pick up their items from a physical location, and do you need to remove the delivery address from your PDF? In this article we explain how this can be achieved in Rackbeat.
It is possible to remove the delivery address from the PDF that you provide to the customer.
The process is easy and straightforward:
1. Edit Order/Invoice
First, make sure you are on your order/invoice where you can make changes:
2. Edit address
Then click on 'Edit' in the address box:

3. Delivery information
Now you need to remove the information that is already under the delivery address. Make sure to remove all the information:

Note! If a customer has been selected and saved in the field "customer" in the delivery information. It is not possible to remove. You can still remove the information, but the name of the customer will still be shown here, it will not be shown on the pdf. 
4. Empty Information Fields
This section should now be completely empty:
5. Now Save Your Changes

6. Show PDF
You can now click on 'Show PDF' to see the result:

7. See the Result

Now your order or invoice will be without the delivery address.
