Create a free accountant user for your Rackbeat agreement

Rackbeat offers a free accountant user, for your agreement. 

This applies in cases where there is an external accountant.

Follow this guide to see how you can give your accountant free access.

To give your accountant free access to your Rackbeat account, you must create a user with the correct information and send a request for free access.

Steps to create the accountant user:

  1. Go to Company Settings: Hover your mouse over your name in the right corner, and select 'Company Settings'.


  2. Select 'Users': In the menu on the left, choose 'Users'.


  3. Create a new user: Click on 'create new'.


  4. Fill in user information: Create a user for your accountant. Note that it is the accountant's name and login information that must be entered here.


  5. Complete the authorization form

    • Once the user is created, you must fill out this form to change the user to free access.

    When the authorization form is filled out and submitted, Rackbeat's billing department will approve or reject the form.
