Setting Up the Shipmondo Integration
By integrating Shipmondo with your Rackbeat account, you can synchronize data between the two systems. In this article, we guide you through how to set up the integration.

Before Installing the Shipmondo Integration
Before you can install the integration, there is a step you need to complete in Shipmondo.
Create an API Key
In Shipmondo's settings > settings > API, you have the option to generate an API user and an API key. To create an API key, press 'Generate Key,' and the fields will be filled with a series of numbers and letters.

Make sure to save both, as these keys will be used again.
Installing the Integration
The integration between Rackbeat and Shipmondo is available in Rackbeat's Integrations Section, which you will find under User Settings and then Integrations in the menu on the left.

- Click Install on the Shipmondo Integration.
- Insert the API User & API Key (User and Key that you saved from the preparations in Shipmondo).

- Click "Save" and wait for the message "API Credentials Updated."
Setup
In these settings, you have to choose whether your orders should come from Rackbeat and go to Shipmondo or the other way around.

The functions you see in the screenshot above need to be set, and they mean the following:
Glossary:
Sync Order Shipment From
Here you can choose where your order shipment should be synchronized from; at the moment, you can only choose Rackbeat.
Transfer orders without delivery terms
Here you can choose whether the integration should be able to transfer orders to Shipmondo when there is no delivery term on the order.
Default shipment template
Here you can choose the default template to be used when an order without a delivery term is sent to Shipmondo.
Unnamed delivery conditions
Product type settings
Here you need to choose which template from Shipmondo should be used when an order with your created delivery terms is transferred.
Click 'Save' under "Update Settings Parameters," after which you are ready to synchronize orders.

Product for Shipping
Here you need to enter the item number of your item in Rackbeat that is used to represent shipping.
Product for discount
Here you need to enter the item number of your item in Rackbeat that is used to represent discounts. (If you're using line items for it).
Product for gift card
Here you need to enter the item number of your item in Rackbeat that is used to represent gift cards (if you're using line items for it).
Product for payment fee
Here you need to enter the item number of your item in Rackbeat that is used to represent payment fees. (If you're using line items for it).
Click 'Save' under "Update Settings Parameters," after which you are ready to transfer orders!"
