How to create Collections
Collections in Rackbeat make it possible to quickly add a group of items to offers, orders, and invoices. Create, customize, and manage product bundles easily. See our guide and learn more about using Collections in Rackbeat.
Collections allows you to quickly add a collection of items to quotes, orders, and invoices in Rackbeat. This is useful if you frequently sell a group of items together.
Collections are similar to Bills of materials but with one important difference:
-
Bills of Materials: A collection of items sold as a single item. On documents such as invoices, bills of materials appear as one combined item, for example a bicycle.
Bills of materials consists of all the parts that together make up a bicycle. -
Collections: A quick way to add a group of items, where each item appears on its own line on documents like invoices.
