Rackbeat allows the creation of custom tabs via iFrames for the integration of external platforms, making them accessible to all users. 

In Rackbeat, you can create custom tabs, enabling you to integrate and access external platforms directly within Rackbeat using iFrames. This allows you to customize your experience and streamline workflows.

Access Tabs

To access and manage custom tabs in Rackbeat, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Company Settings: Hover over your name in the top right corner and click on "Company Settings."
  2. Select Tabs: From the menu on the left side, click on "Tabs."

Creation and Management of Tabs

Creating a new tab involves a few simple steps:

  • Name the Tab: Choose an appropriate name that will appear in the menu at the top of Rackbeat.
  • Specify URL: The URL must be secure (starting with "https://").
  • Activity Status: Choose whether the tab should be activated (visible) or inactive.
  • Select Icon:  Customize the tab by choosing an icon.

These settings can be modified at any time by editing the corresponding tab.

Limitations

Tabs require the embedded page to support iFrame technology. Pages that do not support iFrames cannot be integrated as a tab.

Visibility

Once created, the tabs will be visible to all users on the platform, ensuring a consistent user experience.
