Reporting: Serial numbers
Rackbeat’s serial number management makes it possible to track unique items using serial numbers and provides reporting on item movements and status.

Find and Use the Report
Access the Serial Number Report
- Click Reporting
- Click Serial Numbers
Report Search
- Product: Search for a specific product with serial numbers enabled.
- Search by Serial Number: Search for movements of a specific serial number.
- Customer: Filter transactions involving products with serial numbers for a specific customer based on sales.
- Supplier: Filter transactions involving products with serial numbers for a specific supplier based on purchases.
Report Contents
- Number: Unique serial number for the item.
- Item Number: The number assigned to the item.
- Item Name: The name of the item.
- Location: Current or last known location of the item.
- In via: How the item was received in Rackbeat.
- Out via: How the item left the warehouse.
- For shipments and receipts, you can click the link to open the specific transaction.
- Adjustments and warehouse transfers can be found under Adjustments and Transfers, respectively.
