WooCommerce: Stock isn't sent to Woocommerce

If your stock isn't transferred to Woocommerce, it might be because of incorrect integration settings

Go to the integration settings page in Rackbeat, and open the settings for Woocommerce. Click Edit next to Store URL for your webshop - This will take you to the integration settings.

Here you want to make sure that you've chosen the correct option Stock status for synchronized inventories.

You can choose between the following options:
  • Available - that is what is 'Available'. That is, the stock that takes into account open orders that have not yet been shipped.
  • In stock - what is actually 'In Stock' at this time. Does not take into account open orders that have not yet been shipped.
  • Do not sync inventory - Stock won't be transferred to Woocommerce.

Tip! In Woocommerce you should also make sure that Stock management is enabled for products.
